Requirements You're wielding two melee weapons, each in a different hand, and your Spellstrike is charged.

Like knives slicing through magic itself, both your weapons carry your spell, delivering it to separate foes. Make a Spellstrike with a spell that can target at least 2 creatures or that has an area. You can make two melee Strikes instead of one, but each must be made with a different weapon and target a different creature. Increase your multiple attack penalty normally after each Strike rather than increasing it for Spellstrike as a whole. If you're in Arcane Cascade, you can apply twofold tine's extra benefit between the two Strikes.
