Chain of Words
Feat 10
Source Pathfinder Impossible Magic
Frequency once per 10 minutes
You see the thin lines of magic between your creations, and you can exploit that connection with a small shift of power from one rune to another. You Invoke two Runes within 60 feet. In addition to the runes' normal effects, a chain of glowing script flows between them, dealing max(5,(floor(@actor.level/2)))d6 force damage to all creatures in a straight line between them with a reflex saving throw; creatures bearing the invoked runes are not in the area of this line. A creature who critically fails its save is also Immobilized for 1 round or until it Escapes, as the runes seal its movements. The DC to Escape is your class DC. At 12th level, and every 2 levels thereafter, the damage increases by 1d6.
Traits
Anything that doesn't list another rarity trait (uncommon, rare, or unique) automatically has the common trait. This rarity indicates that an ability, item, or spell is available to all players who meet the prerequisites for it. A creature of this rarity is generally known and can be summoned with the appropriate summon spell.
ForceEffects with this trait deal force damage or create objects made of pure magical force.
InvocationAn invocation action allows a runesmith to surge power through their rune by uttering its true name. Invocation requires you to be able to speak clearly in a strong voice and requires that you be within 30 feet of the target rune or runes unless another ability changes this. These actions include the Invoke Rune action, which makes the rune's invocation take place, then causes the rune to fade away. Using Invoke Rune normally allows you to invoke two runes, but other abilities that include the Invoke Rune action often change that number or the specific runes you can invoke.
RunesmithThis indicates abilities from the runesmith class.
