Afterimage
Feat 12
Source Pathfinder Impossible Magic
Prerequisites Veil Dancer Dedication
Trigger You use an action or cast a spell with the teleportation trait.
You leave behind an afterimage of yourself in your previous square. This afterimage looks like you and can perform simple behaviors to make the deception more plausible but otherwise cannot move or take actions. A creature can distinguish between you and your afterimage easily. Your afterimage automatically fails all checks and DCs and is destroyed if it would take any damage; otherwise, it lasts for 1 minute. Whenever you take the Step action, you can instead teleport to an afterimage instead. If you do, the action gains the teleportation trait, and the afterimage you teleport to is destroyed.
Traits
Anything that doesn't list another rarity trait (uncommon, rare, or unique) automatically has the common trait. This rarity indicates that an ability, item, or spell is available to all players who meet the prerequisites for it. A creature of this rarity is generally known and can be summoned with the appropriate summon spell.
ArchetypeThis feat belongs to an archetype.
IllusionEffects and magic items with this trait involve false sensory stimuli.
MagicalSomething with the magical trait is imbued with magical energies not tied to a specific tradition of magic. Some items or effects are closely tied to a particular tradition of magic. In these cases, the item has the arcane, divine, occult, or primal trait instead of the magical trait. Any of these traits indicate that the item is magical.
