There's a feeling every teacher knows. It's when one has taken a young mind and educated, trained, and molded them to one's specifications before setting them loose and watching the pupil act on one's teachings. It's a feeling of creation, control, and wonder, the knowledge that one has created this great and glorious thing—and if one has done the job exceptionally well, then the student will outshine the master. This is immortality and power, and this is what vizier dragons chase.
Vizier dragons are primarily concerned with the education and cultivation of people. People fascinate vizier dragons in all their riotous, contradictory complexity. Why do some people excel, and others falter and fail? Why does one person become a saint and the next a tyrant? Why do some become legends in their own time, while others labor in ignominy?

This rarity indicates that an ability, item, or spell is available to all players who meet the prerequisites for it. A creature of this rarity is generally known and can be summoned with the appropriate summon spell.
DragonDragons are reptilian creatures, often winged or with the power of flight. Most can exhale magical energy and are immune to sleep and paralysis.
OccultThis magic comes from the occult tradition, calling upon bizarre and ephemeral mysteries. Anything with this trait is magical. A creature with this trait is primarily constituted of or has a strong connection to occult magic.
