Target 1 creature
You conjure a blade of spiritual energy and cut at the soul of a foe. Make a melee spell attack against your target's AC. On a success, you deal spirit damage. On a critical success, the target takes double damage. The number of actions you spend when Casting this Spell determines the range, damage, and other parameters.
1 An adjacent target takes 3d6 spirit damage.
2 An adjacent target takes 6d6 spirit damage, and on a hit, it becomes Enfeebled 1 for 1 round.
3 The blade flies out from you and attacks a target within 30 feet, dealing 6d6 spirit damage. The spell deals half damage on a failure (but not a critical failure), as the blade's divine influence guides your attack. Unless you critically fail, the target becomes enfeebled 1 for 1 round.
Heightened (+1) The damage increases by 1d6 for the 1-action version, or by 2d6 for the 2- and 3-action versions.
Traits
Anything that doesn't list another rarity trait (uncommon, rare, or unique) automatically has the common trait. This rarity indicates that an ability, item, or spell is available to all players who meet the prerequisites for it. A creature of this rarity is generally known and can be summoned with the appropriate summon spell.
AttackAn ability with this trait involves an attack. For each attack you make beyond the first on your turn, you take a multiple attack penalty.
ConcentrateAn action with this trait requires a degree of mental concentration and discipline.
ManipulateYou must physically manipulate an item or make gestures to use an action with this trait. Creatures without a suitable appendage can't perform actions with this trait. Manipulate actions often trigger reactions.
SanctifiedIf you are holy or unholy, your sanctified actions and spells gain the same trait.
SpiritEffects with this trait can affect creatures with spiritual essence and might deal spirit damage. A creature with this trait is defined by its spiritual essence. Spirit creatures often lack a material form.
