Success The target takes half damage. For the spell's duration, the target takes 1 cold damage whenever it performs an auditory action or Casts a Spell.
Failure The target takes full damage. For the spell's duration, the target takes (floor(@item.rank/2))d8 cold damage whenever it performs an auditory action or Casts a Spell.
Critical Failure The target takes double damage. For the spell's duration, the target takes (floor(@item.rank/2) + 1)d8 cold damage whenever it performs an auditory action or Casts a Spell.
Heightened (+2) The initial cold damage increases by 2d8, and on a failure or critical failure, the cold damage whenever the target performs an auditory action or Casts a Spell increases by 1d8.
