Memory alone isn't always sufficient for charting an area. You concentrate on a blank piece of parchment in your possession and record the landscape and geographical features within range. The resulting map bears crude but recognizable symbols to represent structures, landmarks, and pathways but doesn't label them.
Heightened (6th) The range of this spell increases to 10 miles, and major landmarks are labeled. A small star shows the spot where you are when the map is created.

A creature of this rarity is generally known and can be summoned with the appropriate summon spell.
