Target 1 living creature

Saving Throw Fortitude
At your touch, the target's body shifts and transmutes into random mismatched animal parts, such as crab claws for hands and mismatched gazelle and gorilla legs. The target must attempt a Fortitude save.
Due to the unbalanced body weight and mismatched limbs, the target takes a –20-foot status penalty to its Speeds.
The creature's mind and body no longer align, making it Clumsy 1, Drained 1, Enfeebled 1, and Stupefied 1.
The target's new eyes make depth perception difficult; the target becomes Dazzled.
Whenever the target would regain actions at the start of its turn, it must first attempt a DC 5 flat; on a failure, it's Slowed 1 for a round.
Critical Success The target is unaffected.
Success The target is affected for 1 round.
Failure The target is affected for 1 minute.
Critical Failure The effect is permanent.
Traits
Anything that doesn't list another rarity trait (uncommon, rare, or unique) automatically has the common trait. This rarity indicates that an ability, item, or spell is available to all players who meet the prerequisites for it. A creature of this rarity is generally known and can be summoned with the appropriate summon spell.
ConcentrateAn action with this trait requires a degree of mental concentration and discipline.
CurseA curse is an effect that places some long-term affliction on a creature. Curses are always magical and are typically the result of a spell or trap. Effects with this trait can be removed only by effects that specifically target curses.
ManipulateYou must physically manipulate an item or make gestures to use an action with this trait. Creatures without a suitable appendage can't perform actions with this trait. Manipulate actions often trigger reactions.
MorphEffects that slightly alter a creature's form have the morph trait. Any Strikes specifically granted by a morph effect are magical. You can be affected by multiple morph spells at once, but if you morph the same body part more than once, the second morph effect attempts to counteract the first (in the same manner as two polymorph effects, described in that trait). Your morph effects might also end if you are polymorphed and the polymorph effect invalidates or overrides your morph effect. The GM determines which morph effects can be used together and which can't.
