Cast

You request a direct intercession from the natural world. Nature always refuses unnatural requests and might grant a different request (potentially more powerful or better fitting its character) than the one you asked for. A primal phenomenon spell can do any of the following things.
- Duplicate any spell from the primal spell list of 9th rank or lower to which you have access.
- Duplicate any spell from another spell list of 7th rank or lower. It must be common or you must have access.
- Produce any effect whose power level is in line with the above effects.
- Reverse certain effects that refer to the Wish spell.
At the GM's discretion, you can try to use primal phenomenon to produce greater effects than these, but doing so may be dangerous, or the spell may have only a partial effect.
Traits
Anything that doesn't list another rarity trait (uncommon, rare, or unique) automatically has the common trait. This rarity indicates that an ability, item, or spell is available to all players who meet the prerequisites for it. A creature of this rarity is generally known and can be summoned with the appropriate summon spell.
ConcentrateAn action with this trait requires a degree of mental concentration and discipline.
ManipulateYou must physically manipulate an item or make gestures to use an action with this trait. Creatures without a suitable appendage can't perform actions with this trait. Manipulate actions often trigger reactions.
