You enhance the eyes of the target, allowing them to see through fog, smoke, or vapor in a 10-foot emanation from themself; they ignore concealment from such effects in the area. This doesn't prevent them from experiencing adverse effects from poisons or particulates in the air within the area.
Heightened (4th) You target up to four willing creatures within 30 feet.
