The primary ingredient of this chalky, plain-tasting blue gruel is the memory-altering cytillesh fungus so prized by deros. Hryngars favor toiler's gruel as a primary source of food for their captives, for those who ingest it are robbed of their memories and grow more compliant. Toiler's gruel resets its maximum duration if ingested by a creature already under its effects. Subsequent exposure makes the memory loss of stage 3 cumulative.
