When words are written on this parchment, they instantly scramble into unrecognizable script, requiring a DC 40 check to Decipher Writing and requires legendary proficiency. Both of the parchment's activations require speaking a password or pass phrase, imbued into the parchment when created. A character must critically succeed on the check to Identify Magic when examining the parchment to learn the password.
