The Dig Beast is loaded with cursed energy but also is hard to control. At the start of its turn, roll [/gmr 1d6 #Wild Curse]. On a 1–2 it is Slowed 1 until end of its turn, on a 3–4 it is neither slowed nor Quickened (unless from another effect), and on a 5–6 it is quickened until the end of its turn.
Crashing Ram
The Dig Beast rushes at a target and crashes into it. The Dig Beast strides twice and performs a shovel teeth attack against each adjacent target. These attacks count against its multiple attack penalty, but the multiple attack penalty doesn't increase until after all the attacks.
Traits
A rules element with this trait is one-of-a-kind. The DC of Recall Knowledge checks related to creatures with this trait is increased by 10.
ConstructA construct is an artificial creature empowered by a force other than vitality or void. Constructs are often mindless; they are immune to bleed, death effects, disease, healing, nonlethal attacks, poison, spirit, vitality, void, and the doomed, drained, fatigued, paralyzed, sickened, and unconscious conditions; and they may have Hardness based on the materials used to construct their bodies. Constructs are not living creatures, nor are they undead. When reduced to 0 Hit Points, a construct creature is destroyed.
MindlessA mindless creature has either programmed or rudimentary mental attributes. Most, if not all, of their mental attribute modifiers are –5. They are immune to all mental effects.
