Site Bound

Losko is bound to the area he died and can't travel more than 30 feet from area B5.

Chilling Cry Free Action (auditory, concentrate, divine, emotion, fear, mental)

Trigger Losko rolls initiative

Effect Losko releases horrific cry that chills the bones of those nearby. Creatures in a 20-foot emanation must succeed at a DC 22 will save or become Frightened 1 (Frightened 2 on a critical failure).

Erissa's Badge

The sight of Erissa's badge (see area B8) distracts Losko. If a PC visibly wears this essence charm, Losko must succeed at a DC 20 will save at the start of his turn. On a failure, he accuses the charm's wearer of being Erissa's stooge and threatens them with all manner of torment, spending enough time ranting that he becomes Slowed 1 until he can no longer see the charm.

Void Healing

A creature with void healing draws health from void energy rather than vitality energy. It is damaged by vitality damage and is not healed by vitality healing effects. It does not take void damage, and it is healed by void effects that heal undead.

Frustrated Rage Reaction (divine, emotion, mental)

Requirements Losko misses a Strike against a creature

Effect Losko shrieks in Azlanti, accusing the foe of being one of Erissa's guards, here to do her dirty work. The creature he attempted to Strike feels Losko's frustration wash over them and must attempt a DC 22 will save.

Critical Success The creature is unaffected.

Success The creature is Off-Guard until the end of Losko's turn.

Failure The creature is off-guard until the end of Losko's next turn.

Critical Failure The creature is off-guard until Losko is destroyed or until they spend 1 minute outside combat gathering their wits, whichever comes first.

Gut-wrenching Terror (divine, emotion, fear, mental)

Whenever Losko damages a frightened creature with a melee Strike, that creature's terror creates an upsetting sense of impending doom, causing the creature to become Sickened 1.

These skeletons retain the cunning they possessed in life.

Animated skeletons are among the most common types of undead.

Traits

Unique

A rules element with this trait is one-of-a-kind. The DC of Recall Knowledge checks related to creatures with this trait is increased by 10.

Skeleton

This undead is made by animating a dead creature's skeleton with void energy. An ability with this trait can be used or selected only by skeletons.

Undead

Once living, these creatures were infused after death with void energy and soul-corrupting unholy magic. When reduced to 0 Hit Points, an undead creature is destroyed. Undead creatures are damaged by vitality energy and are healed by void energy, and don't benefit from healing vitality effects.

Unholy

Effects with the unholy trait are tied to powerful magical forces of cruelty and sin. They often have stronger effects on holy creatures. Creatures with this trait are strongly devoted to unholy causes, and often have weakness to holy. If a creature with weakness to unholy uses an unholy item or effect, it takes damage from its weakness.
