Slow

A sulfur zombie is permanently Slowed 1 and can't use reactions.

Death Throes

When a sulfur zombie dies, its body explodes in a 30-foot burst of fire and debris that deals 2d10[bludgeoning],2d10 piercing to each creature in the area (DC 21 reflex save).

Void Healing

A creature with void healing draws health from void energy rather than vitality energy. It is damaged by vitality damage and is not healed by vitality healing effects. It does not take void damage, and it is healed by void effects that heal undead.

Blinding Sulfur (incapacitation)

A sulfur zombie burns with putrid inner fire. A creature hit by a sulfur zombie's fist Strike must attempt a DC 22 fortitude save. On a failure, the creature is Blinded for 1 round, or for 1 minute on a critical failure.

Infested

The zombie is filled with squirming rust-red beetles as well as alchemical sulfur, not fire. It loses the immunity to fire, and its Death Throes and fist Strikes deal piercing damage in place of fire damage.

Glowing with a dull amber light, these odious creatures spawn from a combination of baleful magic and fire. These destructive creations sow chaos and demolish fortifications, making them the bane of besieged cities.

Necromancers most often create these mindless undead as obedient, expendable servitors. Left to its own devices, a zombie seeks only to consume the living, stopping only when its rotting body can no longer hold together.

Traits

Common

Anything that doesn't list another rarity trait (uncommon, rare, or unique) automatically has the common trait. This rarity indicates that an ability, item, or spell is available to all players who meet the prerequisites for it. A creature of this rarity is generally known and can be summoned with the appropriate summon spell.

Mindless

A mindless creature has either programmed or rudimentary mental attributes. Most, if not all, of their mental attribute modifiers are –5. They are immune to all mental effects.

Undead

Once living, these creatures were infused after death with void energy and soul-corrupting unholy magic. When reduced to 0 Hit Points, an undead creature is destroyed. Undead creatures are damaged by vitality energy and are healed by void energy, and don't benefit from healing vitality effects.

Unholy

Effects with the unholy trait are tied to powerful magical forces of cruelty and sin. They often have stronger effects on holy creatures. Creatures with this trait are strongly devoted to unholy causes, and often have weakness to holy. If a creature with weakness to unholy uses an unholy item or effect, it takes damage from its weakness.

Zombie

These undead are mindless rotting corpses that hunger for living flesh.
