Darkvision

A monster with darkvision can see perfectly well in areas of darkness and dim light, though such vision is in black and white only. Some forms of magical darkness, such as a 4th-rank Darkness spell, block normal darkvision. A monster with Greater Darkvision, however, can see through even these forms of magical darkness.

Hopping Strike Two Actions

The hopping head Leaps 15 feet and makes one spring Strike at any point during that movement, dealing an additional 1d6 bludgeoning damage.

A hopping head is shaped like a humanoid head, sometimes with elaborate facial features, other times with a crude toylike visage. Below the head is a spring-loaded column that allows the hopping head to move itself around.

Traits

Common

Anything that doesn't list another rarity trait (uncommon, rare, or unique) automatically has the common trait. This rarity indicates that an ability, item, or spell is available to all players who meet the prerequisites for it. A creature of this rarity is generally known and can be summoned with the appropriate summon spell.

Clockwork

Clockworks are intricate, complex constructs that can be programmed to perform specific functions.

Construct

A construct is an artificial creature empowered by a force other than vitality or void. Constructs are often mindless; they are immune to bleed, death effects, disease, healing, nonlethal attacks, poison, spirit, vitality, void, and the doomed, drained, fatigued, paralyzed, sickened, and unconscious conditions; and they may have Hardness based on the materials used to construct their bodies. Constructs are not living creatures, nor are they undead. When reduced to 0 Hit Points, a construct creature is destroyed.
